Benedict Johnson is a photographer and video artist working in cutting-edge music and contemporary dance. He has photographed and produced video works for musicians such as The Streets, Travis, The Kaiser Chiefs, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and has created dance films and installations for MTV, The Place, Siemens, and Noel Wallace with Brian Eno. Johnson founded Snakeoil with dancer and choreographer David McCormick (DV8, Richard Alston), a company that explores and makes work at the interface between image and dance.
