We welcome over seven million visitors a year, and you could be one of the people working behind the scenes to make their visit one to remember.
These are paid traineeships lasting 18 months that lead to either a qualification or a certificate in recognition of your work. It’s a chance to learn alongside some of the best and most experienced professionals in the art world, gaining valuable skills and experience that you just couldn’t get anywhere else.
Tate aims to attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds, and these opportunities are for people to learn and develop new skills. We particularly encourage applications from black, ethnic minority, and disabled applicants as these groups are currently underrepresented in the cultural sector.
