The division is responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated marketing, communication, membership, visitor engagement and development strategy for Tate. It is under the overall management of the Managing Director and brings together all of Tate’s departments with accountability for engaging audiences and supporters. This includes Tate’s central Development, Marketing, Membership and Supporter Engagement, Tate Etc. and Visitor Experience teams.
Polly Bidgood, Director of Development, leads on the development and implementation of Tate’s development strategy.
