We source the best quality drinks for Tate visitors, from our very own Tate roasted coffee to Jing leaf teas to Belvoir cordial. Our smoothies are made fresh on site, our apple juice is freshly pressed on a farm in Gloucestershire and our close associations with small independent breweries ensure that our beers are of the high standard.

We have an active sustainability policy, sourcing the best produce possible and developing strong relationships with regional suppliers. We received a Good Egg Award from Compassion in World Farming for our use of free-range and cage free eggs.
We use production kitchens at Tate Modern to produce sandwiches, salads and homemade cakes for the London galleries. Fish for our London sites is sourced and delivered every day from Newlyn, Cornwall, where we work with a team of Cornish fishermen who catch only sustainable British fish. Our vegetables are sourced from recommended farmers to ensure the sustainability of the raw ingredients.
We also work with high profile producers from across the country to deliver the best meats possible. Industry professionals use their unique knowledge to source the finest cheeses from small producers and then store and ripen them.
We believe that service is of paramount importance and aim to be the best gallery catering facility in the world. We believe in providing excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for visitors. Through a positive and professional approach to work we aim to exceed the expectations of our customers wherever possible.
