Technique and condition
Pen and ink drawing on white wove, good quality paper.
The image is executed in a black/brown ink, possible iron gall ink, with traces of pencil visible in the drawing.
On acquisition the picture was removed from the deteriorated backing paper, cleaned and pressed, then mounted in a triple mount.
