Shakespeare's Sonnets and Shakespeare's Songs with illustrations by Ospovat were published by John Lane in 1899 and 1901 respectively. No.4367 is the preliminary drawing for one of the later set, others of which are dated 1900. It illustrates Autolycus's song in The Winter's Tale, the text of which is written on the back:
Jog on, jog on, the footpath way,
And merrily hent the stile-a;
A merry heart goes all the day,
Your sad tires in a mile-a.
