Catalogue entry

This is the right half of a double-page spread, continued from folio 17 verso (D10900), opposite, recording the distant view of York Minster from due south, taken from the Lord Mayor’s Walk on the left bank of the River Ouse, less than a mile below the present Skeldergate Bridge. The view is perhaps continued to the right in the double-page spread running across the verso and folio 19 (D10902–D10903).
