At this London Group meeting the members agreed that the group would hold two exhibitions a year and the president, Harold Gilman, would contact William Marchant about holding exhibitions at the Goupil Gallery. For minutes of the previous meetings, see TGA 806/10/6 and TGA 806/10/6.

it was Resolved That members of THE LONDON GROUP become ipso facto members of Fitzroy Street.
Resolved to hold two exhibitions yearly.
to instruct the President to ask Mr Marchant if he would
be willing to give the Group 2 exhibitions a year.
to meet every Saturday until further notice.
that members may act as proxies for absent members, with
authority in writing from such members.
to fix the yearly subscription to the London Group at £2
for the present.
that Candidates be invited to submit work for inspection.
