Naturally not mentioned in Finberg’s 1909 Inventory,1 this ephemeral modern sheet is a reversed offset of the dense ink drawing on Tate D20821 (Turner Bequest CCXXVII a 18), formed as part of the recovery process in the aftermath of the Tate Gallery flood of 1928.
