Sion (or Syon) Ferry House, Isleworth, Turner’s part-time home from 1804–5 until 1806, appears to left of the foreground tree. Identifying the subject, Hill notes the more distant view including the Pavilion in Syon Park in the Studies for Pictures: Isleworth sketchbook (Tate D05528; Turner Bequest XC 27).
