This sketch (made with the sketchbook inverted) is probably a view of Lake Brienz towards Ringgenberg Castle, similar to that on folio 46 verso (D04791), for which see catalogue entry for related works. It was not visible to Finberg, the leaf having been removed from the book and laid down on a mount to display the recto (D04790) for exhibition at Oxford.
