There are two buildings sketched on this page. At the top of the page, a building with two tower structures and several gabled roofs to the left, and beneath, drawn with the sketchbook inverted, a house with a central porch and gabled roofs either side. Rokeby Park is an obvious candidate as it is sketched elsewhere in the sketchbook, but the building does not closely resemble the house.
At the bottom of the page are several trees which are part of a sketch continued from folio 9 (D25540).
