Inscribed ‘Glenco’ by Turner, this sketch looks east up Glencoe from the approach to Loch Achtriochtan. Winding its way through the glen is the Coe River with the Notched Ridge (Aonach Eagach) to the left, and the mountains of Stob Coire nam Beith and Stob Coire nan Lochan at the right.
