This slight view appears to be eastwards from the road along the north side of the Teign Estuary near Wear Barton, east of Kingsteignton (see folio 86 verso; D08526; CXXIII 83a), looking towards Teignmouth and the profile of the Ness headland on the Devon coast in the distance, to the left and right respectively.
