With the page turned horizontally, this deep, wooded valley with a cottage or cottages towards the bottom right is presumably in the countryside around Plymouth. The subjects as far as folio 127 recto (D09358) are all identified or presumed sites within a few miles, suggesting a series of fairly short excursions.
