As David Hill suggests, these details of Gothic ornament (not mentioned by Finberg1) are probably notes made at Howden; see the recto of this leaf (D00987; Turner Bequest XXXIV 78), and the preceding page, folio 81 recto (D00986; Turner Bequest XXXIV 77).
