Inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation, this drawing with its grey wash is continued on folio 87 recto opposite (D01608; Turner Bequest XL 85). There is a possibility that this is not Dunstanburgh but Bamborough; compare folios 88 verso–89 recto (D01611–D01612; Turner Bequest XL 86a–87).
