Apparently drawn with the page both ways up, These details may not be parts of Lacock Abbey, like those on neighbouring pages of this book (compare folio 91 verso; D01617; Turner Bequest XL 89a); they appear to be of genuine medieval Gothic decoration, perhaps at Lacock, or even possibly at Malmesbury, with which Turner draws a comparison on folio 85 verso (D01605; Turner Bequest XL 83a).
