Rendered in a similar manner to Tate D19820; Turner Bequest CCXVI 135, these extremely rough and swiftly rendered sketches show the profile of the fortress of Ehrenbreitstein at Koblenz. Turner has produced these jottings with the sketchbook turned upside down.
