Inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation, this is a continuation of the drawing on folio 64 verso opposite (D05028; Turner Bequest LXXXI 126).
Technical notes:
The page is discoloured from prolonged exposure, having been extracted for exhibition in the nineteenth century, unlike the other half of the composition, as Finberg noted.1
