Made with the page turned horizontally, this appears to be a note of the outline of mountains seen from the top of Nant Ffrancon, with the Glyder Fawr at the left and Mynydd Perfedd to the right. A separate outline sketch above indicates the continuation of the view to the left, including Carnedd Dafydd.
