A young artist who frequently performs in comedy clubs, Yara El-Sherbini has become notorious for the provocatively satirical representations of Muslims in her practice. From books to jokes, her work explores the nuances of language, dialect, speech and comedy. El-Sherbini performs a pub quiz where she uses visual puns, quips and malapropisms to ask questions about art and life.
