Tate Triennial 2006: Live Events
Saturday 1 April – Friday 5 May 2006
A key facet of Tate Triennial 2006: New British Art is the inclusion, for the first time, of a series of live events. Looking back at the breadth of performance practice in the twentieth century, contemporary artists mix music, dance, film and slide projections, costumes, props, puppets and actors to present unique, one-off live works, which expand on their practice as painters, sculptors, video or installation artists.
