Boudicca and Penny Martin

Part of Ladies Night
Touted as the boldest, most anarchic fashion label in London and named after the feisty Queen of the Iceni, who rebelled against
the Romans in AD60, Boudicca has pursued an uncompromisingly independent route that has earned them a cult following.
The brains behind the label, Zowie Broach and Brian Kirkby, join SHOWstudio’s editor-in-chief, Penny Martin. Martin curated the V&A’s Vogue Laid Out exhibition, contributed to Englishness of English Dress and regularly writes for Atmosphere, Frieze and The Independent. For this event, they talk about their interests and art in Tate Britain’s Collection displays.
