I was at Boggle Hole, near Robin Hood's Bay, indulging in a typically British summer pastime - lazing on a beach. I was reading John Steinbeck's Cannery Row and came to the chapter in which Doc is collecting marine animals. I paused to absorb the happy coincidence of the setting and decided I must capture the moment on film. Camera used: Canon AE-1. Date of photo: September 2005
