At lunch with my friends we spurned the restaurant's dessert menu in favour of finding hot drinks and cake in a coffee shop. Photography and food are now traditional elements of our get-togethers and so when a perfect ray of sunlight came through the window and hit our hot drinks and slices of cake, I reached for my camera. Enjoying the companionship of good friends and recording those special moments with photographs is a vital part of life for me now.
