The Turner Prize 2008 exhibition takes place at Tate Britain, 30 September 2008 – 18 January 2009.

Buying tickets in the gallery

Tickets can be bought at Tate Britain or Tate Modern seven days a week from 10.00 to 17.00, with late opening until 21.00 at Tate Modern on Friday and Saturday. There is no booking fee when you buy tickets in person at the galleries. We do however encourage you to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Free entry

Free entry for Tate Members, Patrons and individual children under twelve when accompanied by an adult.

Tate Britain is open daily, 10.00-17.50
Exhibitions 10.00-17.40 (last admission 17.00)

Late night opening

The first Friday of the month is Late at Tate Britain when exhibition tickets are half price from 17.30 onwards.
