Following a spectaular Liverpool Biennial and a truly amazing Capital of Culture year we are looking forward to a unique and very special celebration of ideas and imagination. The Fifth Floor: Ideas Taking Space is a exciting collaboration between leading international artists and the people of Liverpool.
