Cohen’s discussion of his 1964 painting Floris forms part of a series of interviews with the artist about his works in Tate’s collection. Tate undertakes research interviews with artists to establish core information about works in the collection and to record the artists’ thoughts about how their works should be interpreted, displayed and cared for.
