Born in Paris in 1962, Pierre Huyghe has shown in major galleries and museums in Europe and the USA. Three of his works were included in the French Pavilion at the 2001 Venice Biennale. Using casts, models, computers, lights, posters and film, Huyghe’s work explores the nature of time: real time, deferred time, free time, work time, time as something consumed. Pierre Huyghe was in conversation with Mark Lewis from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
