Considered a pioneer of Expanded Cinema, Aldo Tambellini came to prominence in the 1960s with his experimental work in television and cinema

Fascinated by the blurring of boundaries between creative disciplines, he began to fuse film projections with music, dance, painting and spoken word, producing kinetic, sculptural installations. For The Tanks: Art in Action, Tambellini revisits his early works ‘Moondial’ and ‘Black Zero’.
