Tate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose to include or not include such Contributions for any such use.
You must own all rights to any material that you submit as part of your Contributions. In no event may you submit any material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. You agree that if you do submit such material, you must state the source. Please follow the link at the bottom of forum pages for our copyright notice, which details restrictions on reproducing content in these forums.
If you wish to complain about any Contribution posted on any Tate forum, please contact us at webmaster@tate.org.uk. We will then review the relevant Contribution and decide whether it breaches these Conditions of Use. If so, we will take appropriate action as set out above. We will inform you of the outcome of our review within a reasonable time of receiving your complaint.
Tate may amend these Conditions of Use at any time and without notice to you. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are legally binding upon you.
