In appreciation for their support, Tate Patrons enjoy an exclusive programme of events at Tate and beyond. Our events offer the opportunity to explore art with the artists and curators themselves, in relaxed and sociable environments.
Patrons enjoy a multitude of events every year, including curator-led tours of all major exhibitions at Tate and invitations to our opening receptions, visits to artists’ studios and private collections, artist dinners, and trips. Previous Patron events include:
- Visits to the studios of Bridget Riley, Phyllida Barlow, Ryan Gander and Jake and Dinos Chapman
- Curatorial trips to dOCUMENTA, Los Angeles, the Venice Biennale, Dubai and São Paulo
- Day trips to Turner Contemporary, Elton Hall, Glasgow International Festival, Hepworth Wakefield and Hatfield House
