You agree to grant Tate the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, edit, publish and distribute the story you submit. Although the content of the stories featured on the site may be edited, Tate is not responsible for screening, monitoring or verifying such content, including the content's compliance with copyright and other laws. Tate is not responsible for monitoring, verifying or disproving the identity of any contributor. Any opinions, statements and other third party content are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Tate. Tate does not endorse any such opinion, statement or other material posted in any story.

Submissions of more than one story are permitted for potential inclusion online. Employees of Tate and their families may submit stories for potential inclusion online.

Tate may at some point wish to further Reproduce (reproduce or store, by any means or any media) some of the stories posted.
