Activity: create your own Picture of Britain project

 What We Did
We chose aspects of our area and each pair of children is making a panel using appliqué, soft sculpture, embroidery, quilting or knitting. We will sew them together when they are all completed and make a wall hanging. We have several finished now and they look really interesting. We will be exhibiting the wall hanging in the school in the Autumn.

Final Thoughts
We have worked very hard to complete our project.
We very much enjoyed the project and it was very interesting to contact and see what another class is doing and how different their location is to ours.
