 What We Did
At William Davis Primary the students took pictures of their school and wrote descriptions of all of the areas of the school and what a usual school day is like. They looked at their local area and took digital pictures of their cityscape, writing descriptions of the buildings, homes, shops, places of worship, offices, transport and leisure facilities.
At Scourie Primary the students took pictures of their village and local landscape. They cut up a postcard of Scourie Bay and then each took a section to enlarge, like Rolf Harris on the Big Picture. Then they wrote a poem about what Scourie is like.

Final Thoughts
William Davis students say:
We had great fun finding out about our area to tell our partner school in the Highlands of Scotland.
