Location: at Tate Modern

To introduce pupils to Tate Modern, its display and approach to showing art.
To engage pupils in looking at and discussing contemporary art in the gallery environment.
To expand pupils' understanding of art history, and consider the museums role in our interpretation of art history.
To facilitate understanding as to how meanings are fluid and changeable, as explored by Surrealist artists.
To gain a tactile understanding as to how objects can be transformed through minimal interventions.
