Friday 21 July 2006, 14.00–17.00

Chair: Cathy Butterworth, Liverpool John Moores University

Bruce Nauman commented, "Negative space for me is thinking about the underspace and the backside of things." Using Nauman's practice as a springboard for a wider discussion of modern art, this Research Forum will explore art that views sculpture outside of its traditional monolithic paradigm.
