Freedom Map Workshop

Led by Rachel Wilburforce
Sunday 16 September 2007, 13.30–16.30

Where do bananas and chocolate come from? Create a giant world map exploring the movement of sweets, clothes, toys and money.
Think about what freedom really means using collage, paint, drawing, words and our special lucky dip bag. The creative outcome will be showcased on the Bound website. This workshop is open to anyone between the ages of  5-12 years and will be lead by Rachel Wilberforce, one of the exhibiting artists in the Bound exhibition.

Bound is a Liverpool wide exhibition of works by international contemporary artists representing personal perspectives of the impact of slavery on humanity. The exhibition is in collaboration with Bound, Open Eye Gallery, FACT, the Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, National Museums Liverpool and Tate Liverpool.
