Luisa Lambri in conversation with Clare Grafik

Thursday 30 October 2008, 18.00–19.30

Italian artist Luisa Lambri takes photographs of architectural interiors. Since 1997, she has striven to create images that interpret the spaces of those interiors, rather than documenting them objectively. In doing so, she produces photographs that are minimal, abstract, and non-specific but that always exhibit traces of memory and desire. Lambri is in conversation with Clare Grafik of the Photographer's Gallery, London in an illustrated in conversation event on her practice and her work in the Liverpool Biennial.
