British artist Peter Liversidge is invited to talk more about his work. He has posted 120 artwork 'proposals' to us, ranging from the sublime to the ridiculous. They include freezing the River Mersey, and inviting a school choir to perform Jingle Bells. We will help Peter to realise as many proposals as possible. You can read them all in the gallery.
