Festival 50
Festival 50 is back for a third year, offering a special programme of events and activities across the city for people aged over 50. Tate Liverpool has teamed up with National Museums Liverpool to offer an exciting programme of workshops.

Feelin’ Groovy!

Do you remember what it was like in the 1960s? Take a trip down memory lane, and celebrate the music, fashion, magazines, film and art during the Summer of Love. Our trained guides will lead you through the handling collections at National Museums Liverpool, before visiting Tate Liverpool’s exciting new exhibition Summer of Love: Art of the Psychedelic Era.

Meet in the Foyer of Merseyside Maritime Museum. Refreshments are provided but you will need to bring a packed lunch.

No need to book, just turn up. Participants will receive the concessionary rate into the exhibition.
