Long Night of the Biennial

Thursday 30 October 2008, 18.00–23.00

The Long Night of the Biennial sees the partner organizations of the Liverpool Biennial - Tate Liverpool, Bluecoat, Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT), Open Eye, National Museums Liverpool and the Independents throwing open their doors later with alternative activity and performance events taking place throughout their buildings. On this special night, walking tours and tailored bus routes operate between the venues.

For the Long Night of the Biennial at Tate Liverpool. HIVE respond to the Biennial's multi-faceted theme of 'Made Up'. Expect a carefully selected and unique range of music, performance and live interventions in the spaces of the Gallery including HIVE DJs and Visual Artists, Café Del Lar DJs, TestcardAnnie Hogan and Robert Strachan and very special guest Wolfgang Flur (ex-Kraftwerk) plus talks by Biennial artists and screenings as part of the Outsiders Film Festival.
