This programme focuses on collaborative filmmaking in Italy during the late 1960s, which chimes with the communal spirit of Arte Povera. Gianfranco Baruchello’s and Alberto Grifi’s La Verifica Incerta is comprised of a collage of stills from Hollywood movies and other sources, and features figures such as Marcel Duchamp and Queen Elizabeth II, while Tutto Tutto Nello Stesso represents a rare chance to see an Italian film by a cooperative of independent filmmakers.
