Amores Perros (Love's a Bitch)

Tuesday 20 September 2005, 19.00

Alejandro González Iñárritu, Mexico 2000, 153’, subs, cert 18

This stylish tale of love and loss is told through three narratives of high-lifes, low-lifes and dogs. A man attempts to run away with his sister-in-law, a homeless hired killer cares for stray dogs, and a model is disabled. The lives of Alejandro González Iñárritu’s colourful characters are violently overlapped by a car crash in this tale of contemporary Mexico City.
