M/M (Paris) is a collaboration between Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag, who work together within a design framework on the cusp of art, music and fashion. An important factor in M/M’s practice is the idea of reappropriating space and design, which has led them to form alliances with other artists, including Pierre Huyghe.

Huyghe worked with M/M to design his exhibition at the Musée d’Art moderne de la Ville de Paris, as well as the limited edition ‘agenda for Celebration Park’ and the exhibition catalogue for his show at Tate Modern.

M/M speak about their practice and collaborations, and their position between the art and design worlds with Alice Rawsthorn, design critic of the International Herald Tribune.
