This session brings together exciting young practitioners from Latin America, including Brazilian artist Rosângela Rennó; Colombian artist Oscar Muñoz; Melanie Smith, a British artist working in Mexico; and Mark Sealy, director of Autograph ABP, the association of Black Photographers, London.

The speakers give brief presentations about their work. These are followed by a round-table discussion on the place of photography in contemporary art practice.
