London’s rapid growth means it not only contains more people but also more money than ever before. But is this upping the quality of life for Londoners? Will there come a point when growth leads only to congestion and decay? This talk explores the merits and flaws of an expanding city.

Participants will include Janet Street-Porter, Richard Rogers, Michael Snyder, Shumon Basar, Tristram Hunt, Sarah Gaventa, Sean Griffiths, Piers Gough and Ricky Burdett.
