Come and visit the ‘Get Started’ family tent and have some fun, by taking part in a range of brilliant taster activities aimed at adults and children to do together! Grab some pencils, pastels or pens and take turns with your family to create a giant exquisite corpse drawing then watch surprised as you see the end result – a surreal hybrid creature! Or try your luck with a fluxus forfeit, strike a pose, don strange disguises with silly moustaches, bowler hats – as part of your surrealist family portrait. Then visit the Learning Zone and the Start programme to take part in more fun games in the gallery!

 

The Raw Canvas Yurt will be a concoction of acoustic performances, imaginative creations, chill out zones and the return of infamous Raw Canvas Challenge!

Are you ready to take on the RC challenge? Dress up, find clues and compete against time and impress the public with your surreal poems and sculptures!

If your feeling more sedate, you can sit back and waste the weekend away while being serenaded by some of London’s finest buskers, or if you’re in a creative mood, make your very own finger, sock, glove, string or shadow Puppets and put on your very own Puppet show!
