As part of this online project we asked the artist to talk about
Pharmacy with Gordon Burn. They conducted this interview
in the Lamb and Flag pub in London, on 3 October 2001.
Gordon Burn, who lives in London, is the author of two novels, Alma Cogan, winner of the 1992 Whitbread Award and Fullalove, winner of the US Edgar Allan Poe award. He is also the author of non-fiction works, including Somebody's Husband, Somebody's Son, Pocket Money and Happy Like Murders.
He has written about Damien Hirst's work in I want to spend the rest of my life everywhere, with everyone, one to one, forever, now, and Theories, models, methods, approaches, assumptions, results and findings. Click here for further information.
